How long have you been in Bangalore?
I had been visiting Bangalore as a child from Calcutta since the late 80s during summer breaks. My family and I moved to Bangalore in April 2011.
What do you like about this city?
Weather comes first to my mind. The greenery and the balance between quaint old world charm and modern additions make the city special as well.
What do you like to do in your free time?
As a family we have varied tastes in cuisines. The promenade in UB City gives us enough options to gorge on what each one of us wants! Opus in many ways has been a favorite place to go and chill.
What’s your take on the people of this city?
They are extremely warm and welcoming, and it does not take long to get accepted here. Over the years, it has become a melting pot of various cultures, which has given the city a unique nature.
How do you think the city can improve?
The traffic snarls that have come in with the growth of the city is definitely on top of the list. With growth comes population and proper infrastructure is the missing link.
