Mövenpick Hotel and Spa Bangalore presents the Sicilian Food Festival at Mezzaluna. Showcasing authentic recipes of Sicily, the specially crafted menu shall feature signature dishes such as pan-fried calamari, salsa verde, rocket salad with balsamic dressing, Anice stellato profumata zuppa di aragosta and butternut zucca ravioli and sfincione –the popular rectangular thick crust pizza. The cuisine is an amalgamation of Greek, Italian, Spanish, Arabic and Mediterranean flavours. Traditional Sicilian desserts include orange semifreddo and crostata di ricotta.
