The food festival at Barbeque Nation is called “Dilli Wali Khau Galli” and will feature the best of street food. The restaurant boasts of bringing Delhi’s street food flavours under one roof.
While their signature dishes are Mutton Dehlvi Adraki Seekh, Nimoda Tandoori Jhinga and Fatehpuri fried chicken, the menu has many more dishes on offer. Some of the festival specials include vegetarian preparations like Nadru Kebab, Tandoor Malai Khumb, Zaituni Shorba, Pudina Ananas ke Tikke. They also have a live counter with chaat, parathas and kebabs.
The desserts are also inspired from the streets of Delhi with firni and shahi tukda on the menu.
The festival is at all seven outlets in the city. Available for lunch and dinner it continues till 7 August and an average meal for two costs about Rs 1600.
