The Hyatt Bangalore on MG Road offers Beer, Kebabs and Biryani at Lido, their all-day diner. This festival continues until 7 November, 2016 and is available for dinner.
The menu is created by chef Manish Sharma and includes 3 pieces of kebab, biryani and a mug of beer. When Explocity asked him about his inspiration for the menu, his response was, “The season is here and it brings the thought of relishing some lip-smacking kebabs and accompanied by wide variety of aromatic biryanis that constitute a memorable dining
The kebabs on the menu include, Gosht Seekh, Shikampuri, Murgh Malai, Chicken Tangri, Fish Sufiyani, Amritsari Fish, Paneer Zafrani Tikka, Palak Kaju Ki Shami and Subz Acrot Ki Seekh.
The choice of biryanis are Malabar Konju Biryani, Murgh Sufiyani Biryani, Samandari Khazana Biryani, Thalappakkati Mutton Biryani, Subz Navratan Biryani to name a few. The biryanis cater to vegetarians, non-vegetarians and seafood lovers. Each biryani is paired with the typical Mirch Ki Salan, raita, curry and Kachumber salad.
This menu is priced at Rs 1000 plus taxes per person.
