bonSouth is serving authentic south Indian cuisine at the newly opened restaurant in Koramangala. An upscale, fine dining, non-vegetarian restaurant, bonSouth’s contemporary décor, infused in a traditional setting, offers an exotic repertoire of dishes from the four states of south India.
The menu offers unlimited helpings of ten varieties of South Indian starters, served hot straight from the live counters. Each of the live counters represents a unique style of cooking. The exotic spread includes some of the signature starters like Malabar mutton wada, Andhra steamed fish, mushroom dosa roll, chilli honey corn chuttadu amongst others.
Adding to the wide spread of starters, the lavish buffet includes main course, desserts along with a choice of drink – mock-tail or beer, as a welcome drink and iced gola station for the kids. The main course includes chicken, fish, mutton and crab delicacies along with the restaurant's signature, Calicut biriyani. These unique South Indian dishes are accompanied by unlimited servings of appams, dosas and Parathas as well. For the sweet-toothed, there are plenty of desserts, which include elaneer payasam.
