Foods from all four south Indian states come together in a food festival, “Chatpata South”, which is dedicated to modern South Indian foods. Southindies, the vegetarian restaurant in Indiranagar, will have live counters with appams and paddu. The modern twist is more of a fusion where chaats and cheeses are paired with typical south Indian dishes. There are items like Rasam Puri, Saboodana Cheese Wada and Chettinad Poondu Skewers.
The buffet ends, typically with desserts. However, these aren’t only south Indian. A post meal cup of Filter Coffee should satiate you.
The Chatpata South buffet is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Southindies, 276 100 ft Road, 6th Main Junction, Indiranagarfrom 15 to 31 July.
