Chef Kunal Kumar at Chez Nous, Novotel Bengaluru Techpark, says the Spaghetti Carbonara at the restaurant is to die for. “The secret lies in the recipe. We use authentic smoked Italian pancetta.” Chef confides in an interview with Explocity.
Now guests can enjoy the classic Italian fare at Chez Nous, as the restaurant is hosting a Monumentally Italian food festival where diners can have unlimited pasta and risotto with a complimentary pint of chilled beer and a dessert for only 799.
The pasta section will leave you spoilt for choice. They have the Fettucine Alfredo which is Fettucine tossed with cream and parmesan available in a choice of Shrimp, Scallops or Vegetables. They have the ethereal Angel Hair Pasta in the style of Capri - ripe tomatoes, vegetables, garlic, sauteed shrimp, basil and fresh mozzarella. They also have Tagliatelle. Lasagna and Penne Maestosa.
For a spicy twist you can also order your favs in a Paneer Tikka or Chicken Tikka sauce, for the adventurous they have a Lamb Keema in a Spicy Tomato and Curry Sauce.
From the risotto section we recommend the Mediterranean Risotto- Fresh tomatoes, roasted peppers, onion, olives, sundried tomatoes, and mushrooms with crumbled feta. Or the Risotto Divino Risotto with asparagus, smoked pancetta and goat’s cheese. Options include seafood and chicken risotto.
The best part of the meal is the dessert. The restaurant is serving Italian Apple Cake with Vanilla Ice cream. The classic Tiramisu and a Trio of Italian Gelato flavours changing every day.
