Chinese New Year @ Szechwan Court , The Oberoi
Szechwan Court is hosting a special menu from February 18th to 28th to celebrate the Year of The Sheep. The Master Chef, Liang Cheng who hails from China is preparing a special festive ala carte menu for these dates which will be on offer both for lunch and dinner.
Ingredients from Lotus Stem, Silken Tofu to fresh Seafood, Traditional Tenderloin and Pork – all prepared with traditional touches of festive feasting specially with a focus on Beijing style and Sichuan favourites.
