Eskimo Ice Cream
No these are not made from Eskimos. Eskimo ice cream, which is called akutaq, is made with reindeer fat. Fat from other local animals, like seal or moose, may also be mixed up in akutaq -- Like regular ice cream, akutaq is creamy and cold. Nowadays they add sweeteners to make it more popular with the tourists.
