Poutine

If you like French fries, Poutine is the next level you need to get to. This French Canadian dish is basically fries topped with a light brown gravy-like sauce and cheese curds. The story goes that Warwick restaurateur Fernand Lachance exclaimed, "ça va faire une maudite poutine" ("it will make a damn mess") when asked by restaurant regular Eddy Lainesse to put a handful of curds on some french fries, hence the name.
