Oysters Rockefeller
Oysters are considered an aphrodisiac. These oysters are half-shell and topped with various other ingredients (often parsley and other green herbs, a rich butter sauce and bread crumbs) and baked or broiled. It was first made in the New Orleans restaurant Antoine's. The dish was named after John D. Rockefeller, the richest American at the time, for the intense richness of the sauce.
