Okonomiyaki

This ain’t like any Japanese food you’ve had - a yam flour pancake made on a hot grill with the most interesting toppings. They range from green onion, meat, octopus, squid, shrimp, vegetables, mochi or cheese. The name is derived from the word okonomi, meaning "what you like" or "what you want", and yaki meaning "grilled" or "cooked". It is popular street food.
