Hyatt celebrates Independence Day with a special brunch
Hyatt, MG Road, invites it diners to a special Independence Day Lunch at Lido restaurant.
This week, Lido restaurant is celebrating Independence Day with a special menu. The chefs are putting together a selection of starters, which include murg malai tikka, tawa fish, gilafi sheekh kebab, Lalbagh paneer tikka, vegetable spring roll, hara bhara kebab.
Diners can enjoy a variety of salads such as basil scented tomato salad with feta crumble, fried idly salad, mustard marinated potato and bean salad, thyme flavoured bell pepper salad, garlic yoghurt marinated cucumber salad, assorted lettuce with dressings, curd rice.
Lido restaurant is serving an array of dishes for main course like beef tournedos with parsley rice and nipozzana sauce, sliced fish in hunan sauce, dum ka murgh, aloo bukhara kofta and bhindi masala. The menu also offers stirred fry vegetables in yellow bean sauce, steamed rice, dal tadka and assorted Indian breads.
Desserts include sacher torte, gulab jamun, chocolate mud cake, mango basil mousse, strawberry pastry and orange zest flavored cheesecake.
There will also be a live station serving out jalebi, chaats and pasta.
It is priced at 1947 (all inclusive per couple). For single diners the price would be Rs 850 +taxes.
