This August 15, celebrate Independence for two as Executive Chef Kasiviswanath, Kasi gets creative at Radisson Blu Atria. The menu by Chef Kasi is an amalgam of dishes from all parts of the country that showcases our rich culinary heritage. There’s Lucknowi Kebabs, Makki Di Roti with Sarson Ka Saag, Kashmiri Tabak Maaz, Kadi Poka and Mysore Dosa and more. For a more patriotic feel there are tricolor popsicles and a Gulab Jamun Tiramisu.
