I have been in this profession for 17 years.
What inspired you to take up cooking?
I was always curious to try different cuisines and experiment with various combinations, though I never thought that it would lead me to this profession.
What are your Signature dishes?
The Pink Poppadom is very close to me. I have spent a lot of time to conceptualise on each and every recipe for the restaurant
Your biggest recent achievement in cooking?
Conceptualising The Pink Poppadom to graduate Indian cuisine to the next level had been the best time spent. The restaurant was acknowledged as the best Modern Indian restaurant in the country.
