For the festival of Sankranti, there is a special menu at BonSouth. The menu is available on 14 and 15 January, 2017. Flower hangings, sugarcane, banana plants and rangoli will decorate the restaurant for the harvest festival.
The menu is created by Chef Manu Nair and has dishes like Tayir Vada, Poosankikkai Varuval, Podi Idli, Mokkajuna Kerai Vada, Garlic Pickle Paniyaram, Pookasu Porichatu, Urugai Paneer, Kadambam Sambar, Kai Kari Mandi, Parinkikai Mochai Perattal, Paal Katti Vengayathal Masala, Molai, Payir Kozhambu, Ven Pongal, Madukar Naikar Pulao, parathas, appams, and more.
Desserts like Shakar Pongal, Parrippu Payasam and Elaneer Payasam are on the menu for the occasion.
The menu is available for lunch and dinner and is priced at Rs 650.
