There is a Singaporean Street Food Festival at Sheraton Grand Hotel at Brigade Gateway till 30 April, 2017. The festival promises authenticity by bringing in chefs from Singapore to Feast, the all day restaurant for the festival. The hotel also creates an ambiance with Singaporean decor.
Chefs So Chai Huan and Chef Cheam Boon Yuan have created a buffet menu with dishes like Gado Gado, Seafood Salad, Rojak, Chilli Crab, Singaporean Chicken Curry, Cereal Prawn Mee Goreng, Fried Hokkien Mee and more.
There are also live counters serving Hainanese Chicken Rice, Kuih Pie Tee, Popoiah and Singapore Laksa.
The lunch price for the buffet is Rs 1545 plus taxes and Rs 1695 plus taxes for dinner.
