The Vivanta By Taj in Whitefield and MG Road celebrates India’s diversity this Independence Day. The diversity in culture, religion and tradition may conflict but food and dining binds us.
At Vivanta by Taj MG Road, Executive Chef Ramasamy Selvaraju brings 29 states and 7 territories into one plate; yours. The “Great Indian Diversity Brunch” is on offer on 15th August, 2016 from 1230pm to 330pm.
The menu includes foods from all over. Karol Bagh Ki Chaat, Lucknowi Sabzi Galouti, chicken kafrial, appam with stew, dhokla, thukpa, Kolkata rolls, Andhra style chicken, Naga Chilli Pork, Kair Sangri, Aloo Posto, Dum Aloo Kashmiri, Lakshwadeep Tawa Mackerel represent all our regions.
This Great Indian Diversity brunch is priced at Rs 1500 plus taxes for non alcoholics and Rs 1800 plus taxes with alcohol.
Similarly, Executive Chef Satya Kedarnath at Latitude in Vivanta by Taj Whitefield has a special Independence Day menu. Lamb Sheek Kebab, Kolkata Patrani Macchi, Punjabi Tiranga Paneer Tikka, Kerala Parappu Vada, Tandoori Mushroom and Pepper Rasam are some of the dishes that have made it to the menu. Live counters serve Punjabi Lassi, Malabari Koothu Paratha, Delhi’s Kesari Rabri and Jalebi will be made to order.
The Whitefield brunch is priced at Rs 1300 including all taxes.
