Unlimited Kebabs and Wine At Le Meridien. Why Would You Say No?

Jashn, the signature restaurant at Le Meridien, Bangalore is celebrating a twelve day long Kebab and Wine Festival. The lavish feast is all about a wide assortment of kebabs paired with exquisite wines from the house of Kinvah.

The menu is specially crafted by Executive Sous Chef Abu Backer. We loved the wide range of kebabs - Gosht Burrah Kebab and Murgh Charga Lahori and Bharwan Gucchi Ansari to Subz Seekh Gilafi. Another highlight is the Angoori Kesas (chicken supreme marinated with Indian spices flavoured with grape and cashew nuts) in non-vegetarian selection and Shakahari Nazrane (baby corn, broccoli, cauliflower and red, green, yellow bell peppers marinated with chef's own special spices and char grilled) in the vegetarian selection.
One our recommendations is the Basil Fish Tikka, the tenderest fish kebab. The Lemon grass scented Paneer Tikka is another one right up there too - the lemon grass really sets its apart. While you’re at it, ask the sommelier to suggest you a glass of wine that would best compliment your choice of kebabs. You could choose from a wide selection of luscious and fresh wines ranging from Sauvignon Blanc to Cabernet Shiraz from the Kinvah Art Collection. The aromatic and crisp wines on offer would superbly pair with the rich curries and biryanis as well on the menu.
There are about three Biryanis on the menu including a lovely Gosht Dum Biryani and Veg Biryani served with Dal Makhani, curry of the day and bread basket from tandoor. The end is perfect with a the Anjeer ka Muzaffar (Stewed figs in thickened milk) or a Gulkand cheesecake, classics done right.
