Mamagoto is going old school this season, what’s not to love! Rehashing nostalgic Indo-Chinese flavours, Mama’s throwing back to the days when restaurants still used table cloths, red lanterns and Chinese music that nobody seemed to understand.
With the roaring popularity of Asian cuisine, Mama is bringing back some classic Indo-Chinese recipes that once had us all going gaga. It’s proven, comfort food of old school Chinese joints never fails to spruce up a dull day. Taking cue, this new menu has been curated to surprise the palate with delish flavours and tastes that will take us down the memory lane.
Appetisers comprise of classics like Won Ton Clear Soup, Bombay Club Sesame Toast, Mussoorie Mall Road Spring Rolls, The Original Salt and Pepper, Jeng’s Chicken among others, all available in vegetable, chicken or sea-food options. Making a comeback on this menu are wildly loved Stir Fried Mains – from Hong Kong Veggies to Mapo Tofu, Chicken in Oyster Sauce to Stir Fried Broccoli in Ginger Sauce with flavours familiar as ever. The 1990 Buttery Black Pepper Sauce Tofu and Mixed Veg ( available with Chicken & Prawns also) is as dreamy as the high school musical you’re always glued to.
