About International Curry Week At The Bengaluru Brasserie, Hyatt Centric Bangalore

Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore is set to host the second edition of the International Curry Week at The Bengaluru Brasserie. Chef Ram has curated a special Curry Menu which will be served with a pair of complimentary IPA pints.

 

The diverse menu features a host of curry dishes from around the country including - Rampur Tar Korma, a signature mutton curry from the erstwhile princely state of Rampur, Doodhiya Murgh, spring chicken braised in creamy poppy seed gravy from Rajasthan, PeethalaPulusu, fresh swimmer crabs cooked in tamarind flavoured curry originating from Nellore in coastal Andhra and Dilli ki Soya Chaap Curry, textured soya sticks served in onion gravy from Karol Bagh.

 

The Curry Week is centered around the World of Curry – flavors, colors for the consumers paired along with our Experimental Craft Launch of Pomelo IPA which is brewed with the tropical fruit Pomelo punched with Mosaic & Citrus Hops. The Curry Week steps into 7 cities this year (from the previous edition which was in New York, New Delhi & Singapore last year), this year across New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, London, New York, Singapore, Dubai & Hong Kong.
