Event Description

Thanksgiving is usually a time for cheer, good food and wine. And this time
around  gourmets in Bangalore can look forward to a feast as ITC Windsor is
all set to make your Thanksgiving special with an elaborate fare.

Raj  Pavilion, ITC Windsor celebrates the feast of Thanksgiving on November
28  over  a  bespoke  dinner  put together by Executive Chef Akshraj Jodha.
Guests  can  partake  in  the gourmet dinner with family, friends and loved
ones.  The cold buffet cart brings you a collection of cold appetizers from
the  world  markets  and  the  global  pantry.  The artistic display of the
choicest  cuts  of meats, freshest seafood and a wide vegetarian repertoire
beckons  your  senses. A piping hot selection of soups from the soup tureen
presents  Roasted  Pumpkin soup served with an assortment of artisan breads
and herb butter. A grand feast awaits you with Herb grilled pork chops with
mustard  sauce  and Green beans casserole with fried shallots, Roast turkey
accompanied  with mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, bacon wrapped asparagus
and a lot more!

Ruby  Islam,  Pastry  Chef  at  the  hotel  brings traditional Thanksgiving
desserts  inspired Kabucha: pumpkin genoise, pumpkin apricot mousse, cherry
whip;  Warm croissant butter pudding with cranberry compote and goodness of
power  packed  pumpkin  and sunflower seeds; Molasses and Pecanut tart with
apricot  jelly,  sweet  potato  honey  pie, Basil Mandarin Marmalade, basil
Chantilly and lemon basil cremeux.
