The south of Italy is known for its food and Caprese Shangri-La celebrates this in a festival called Capri to Calabria. The Mediterranean restaurant of the hotel will celebrate the festival all week, from 18 to 24 March, 2017.
Chef Luigi Ferraro introduces a menu of fresh pastas, pickled meats, vegetables and seafood that the coast of Italy is known for. He will also host cooking shows, wine paired dinners and brunches through the week.
Some of the dishes on Chef Luigi’s menu are Seabass with Saffron Potatoes, Tortellini with Parmigiano Reggiano, Textures of Lamb and Tartufo Ice Cream of Pizza Calabro.
