The hotel's chefs have take it upon themselves this season, to ensure a memorable Vivanta by Taj Yeshwantpur Christmas. Even more of a mouthful are the traditional meats, wine and yuletide desserts will add to the cheer, on 24 and 25 of December.
At Vivanta by Taj Yeshwantpur’s Palette and Azure, the Roast Turkey with its stuffing of spices and herbs, is a dinner mainstay, served with brussel sprouts, prunes, breads, roasted potatoes and vegetables. A live carving station will feature suckling pig and ham. The dinner - packed with European flavours and a dominant Italian pick - will include traditional Indian items to the mix.
“The desserts are our show stoppers,” The Taj Executive Chef Ramasamy Selvaraju told Explocity. The desserts of the Taj a biscuit shy of legendary. From plum pudding in brandy sauce, yule logs and Christmas cakes to minced pies, Stollen and Banoffee pies. The dinner can be paired with Champagne (@ Rs 3000 plus taxes) and Wine (@ Rs 2400 plus taxes). Non-alcoholic buffets are available at both Palette and Azure at the Vivanta, @ Rs 2100 plus taxes, 7 pm onwards.
The multi-cuisine brunch the next day too has a variety of meats – grilled and roasted – to feast on, apart from the delectable desserts spoiling you for choice.
Brunch paired with Champagne or Wine are available at Rs 3000 and Rs 2400 respectively, between 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm.
