Brunch by the Blue is the poolside brunch at Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park. Sunday brunches are a popular way to while away the day, the poolside adds to the appeal.

What’s different about the Aloft Sunday Brunch is offer. A cheese bar with fondue and raclette, a salad bar and grills of ribeye, striploin, rabbit, lamb rack and corn fed chicken, are the live counters. There is a seafood section with crabs, lobster, mussels and scallops. Homemade pasta and Japanese Donburi diversify the brunch.

For dessert? Waffles, pancakes, fresh berries and more. A special menu for kids is on order.

From 12:30pm to 4pm there will be live music.

The brunch is priced at Rs 1199 plus taxes without alcohol, Rs 1499 plus taxes with Sparkling Wine, liquor and beer and Rs 599 plus taxes for kids.
