Tijouri at Radisson Blu Atria is the Indian restaurant at the hotel with a focus on South Indian. The Indian steakhouse has vegetarian and non-vegetarian steaks cooked in what is called “Chef Kasi’s secret masala”.
Chef Kasiviswanathan - who seems to be emerging as the city’s newest celeb chef - has a new focus this season: desserts. Chiroti which is a light, puffed dessert mainly eaten at Kannadiga weddings is available at Tijouri. There is also a Masala Chai Creme Brulee where the custard is made with chai.
