Yes or, at least I think so.

What’s your favourite cuisine?

Ilove Indian food. But I enjoy true South East Asian cuisine. Balut, for the win.

What’s the last place that you went to in Bangalore that you really enjoyed? What did you eat there that stood out?

There is this, “Miltry Hotel” near Bagmane Tech Park, by the junction close to the ISRO and BEML offices at CV Raman Nagar. I had Lamb Soup and Idly. It was bloody delicious.

What’s your favourite dish of all time and where did you eat it?

Goan Style Rava Fish Fry with Dal and Rice. Been eating it all my life. Not at any restaurant though. Oh, and I love cooking it too.

What is your least favourite dish?

Anything that involves eggplant.

If you have to recommend a place to our readers what will it be?

I loved this one place near New Thippasandra Market. Above the Bata Showroom. The restaurant's name is NH8. Good Rajasthani Thali, and beautiful ambiance. Only veg, and that too recommended by a die hard non-vegetarian.
