Dhaba by Claridges this holi, and this summer has a Thandaai menu, the official drink of the Holi festival. Thandaai is made with a mixture of almonds, fennel seeds, watermelon kernels, khus, pepper, rose petals, cardamom, saffron, milk and sugar. The drink is designed to keep you cool and a dhaba is probably a good place to stop for one.

The thandaai menu at the restaurant has five flavours of the drink. Chocolatey is ostensibly chocolate flavoured, Pan-tastic has beetleleaf flavour, Aamazing is made with mango, Very berry features the last of the strawberries this season and Gulovey is made with rose flavouring.

This menu is available all day long and is priced at Rs 99 plus taxes. The thandaai menu is available until 20 March, 2017.
