10 Speakeasy brings you a one-of-a-kind Valentine's Day experience in collaboration with Chefs-à-porter which is a perfect amalgamation of culture and food. 10 Speakeasy’s distinctive interiors and concept are beautifully reflected in ‘The Perfect Pair’, a unique opportunity brought to you by celebrated chefs Karan Upamanyu & Vignesh Ramachandran where their creative expression weaves an innovative, indulgent, and intimate gourmet dining experience. Celebrating the brilliant fusion of Tamizh and Southeast Asian cuisines, the concept is inspired by the influences exchanged during the reign of the Pandya dynasty, and the royal Korean admirers Heo Hwang-ok & King Kim Suro. This exclusively curated seven-course meal is inspired by the two robust cultures that consist of delectable such as Korean Bun Canapés, Sesame & Oorugai Dressing Tteokbokki, and Raw Mango Kimchi Rasam. To end on a sweet note, Kavuni Arisi Yaksik (Tender Coconut Ice Cream with Toasted almonds and berries) does the trick.
