Event Description

This Saturday, on the 4th of June, 3pm onwards, we're excited to be launching the second edition of The 1Shanthiroad Cookbook. Published by Reliable Copy and edited by Suresh Jayaram, the book brings together a collection of recipes from the community kitchen of 1Shanthiroad studio/gallery, by over 70 contributors. There will be an informal interaction with the publishers and editor, a book signing, and a tasting menu with exciting recipes from the book.
