EVENT HAS ENDED

Our work as arts practitioners, facilitators and teachers is becoming more and more important during the lockdown as we try and engage children and young people either academically or creatively. We are very quickly seeing a shift in our work moving online. This brings with it a lot of concerns, anxiety and also a lot of challenges in keeping our young participants enthusiastic and engaged.
Aakaara brings to you an exclusive workshop for all of you who work with children, looking at ways in which drama can be adapted to make online learning more fun and engaging! We will also be looking at ways in which one can effectively use the online space and the importance of child safeguarding on an online space. This workshop will run every Sunday from 11am to 1pm for 5 Sundays, starting from April 26th to May 24th.
