The production delves into the erosion of rich heritage due to life’s struggles, poverty and migration. The production explores the challenges that migration brings upon people, including subjugation of their language, culture and existence.
About Vinay Tiwari:
Vinay Tiwari is a multi-faceted Doordarshan Grade artist, excelling as a performer, dance photographer, interviewer, and TEDx speaker. Hailing from Salempur, Uttar Pradesh, and based in New Delhi, he holds Master’s degrees in Sociology and Bharatanatyam, along with a Senior Diploma in Indian Folk Dances, enriching his artistic expression with academic depth and cultural insight. A disciple of Padma Bhushan Guru Dr. Saroja Vaidyanathan ji and Sangeet Natak Akademy awardee Rama Vaidyanathan ji, his journey includes performances at prestigious festivals across India and international representations with ICCR. Honored with the Sant Tulsi Samman (2022), Nalanda Nritya Nipuna (2024), and Natwar Gopikrishna National Award (2025), his most cherished accomplishment is creating the world’s first full-length Bharatanatyam production in the Bhojpuri language.
