The Blue Room and LURU come together for the fifth edition of LURU, The Music Edit — a city-wide, decentralised festival celebrating Bengaluru’s rich and evolving music culture.

Across the city, the Music Edit brings together venues, artists and communities to explore the many sounds that have grown with Bengaluru and continue to define its musical identity.

As part of the festival, The Blue Room will host Abhi Tambe & Friends for an intimate evening of live music, bringing together a space deeply rooted in the city’s independent music community and an artist whose work reflects its spirit of experimentation and collaboration.

About the set:

Abhi Tambe & Friends is an indie acoustic folk trio based out of Bangalore, India. The project revolves around a collection of intimate songs written and sung by Abhi Tambe, with ample support from Sujit Cheruvatath on cajon, Paul Dharmaraj on bass guitar, and Samhita Nagaraj on piano and background vocals. The songs are meditations on love, relationships, and self-discovery.
