The event will begin with an inaugural speech and a few panel discussions about the the future of the food industry, restaurant interiors and a chefs panel, that will include prominent people like Abhijit Saha, Suresh Hinduja, Vikas Seth etc., and will be focussed on innovation post the COVID era. This would be followed by an intricately curated lunch from 5 Southern States by Chef Saikat Nag. Post lunch, there will be a few more panel discussions on various other topics after which some of the budding entrepreneurs will get the opportunity to present their ideas to potential investors. The evening will end with a keynote speech by Mr. Harish Bijoor, a business & brand-strategy specialist, followed by the Restaurant and Influencer awards. After the vote of thanks, delegates can divulge into an evening of networking with cocktails and snacks.
