Amiel Gourmet, a collective establishment of modern French cuisine in Bangalore, has introduced a Thanksgiving menu that seamlessly blends traditional flavours with a contemporary twist. Available from 23rd to 25th November 2023 for both dine-in at the CSE or Saharkarnagar outlet and takeaway, the Thanksgiving offerings promise to make this holiday a memorable culinary experience.
The a la carte menu pays homage to classic recipes while introducing inventive renditions and features delectable starters like Soupe de Poisson and Curried Ricotta & Spinach Mille Feuille. For the main course, relish the flavours of Aubergine Risotto with Smoked Aubergine and cheese, or indulge in the Red Wine-braised Lamb Leg accompanied by Duchess Potatoes and Walnut Romesco. Conclude the feast on a sweet note with the Pumpkin & Walnut Pie or the classic Île Flottante.
The signature roasted turkey, elevated with honey, five spice, and herb-roasted goodness, is sure to be the centrepiece of your holiday table. Enhance the feast with a variety of sides, including stuffing with Water Chestnuts, Mushrooms, and Herbs Pudding, Brussel Sprout à La Française with Bacon, Truffle Mash Potato, Jerk Spice-roasted Pumpkin, Cranberry Gravy, and more, alongside an array of dessert options as well to choose from.
