Event Description

Anirban is a stand-up comedian & writer with a distinct comedic style. He left his career as a corporate salesman and has headlined at major comedy clubs and festivals around India and abroad. In the past, he has written for several popular brands and shows that have aired on various platforms such as Hotstar, MX Player & Youtube. After several popular YouTube videos, he released his first stand-up special Take It Easy, in black and white on Amazon Prime Video to overwhelming acclaim. Following that, he co-wrote & co-created Afsos, a first-of-its-kind black comedy thriller series on Amazon Prime Video that was released in 2020. From 2021 to 2024, he has performed at the prestigious Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Anirban is also the only comedian from India to be a part of the most coveted International comedy showcase at Just For Laughs, Montreal. He’s also seen working with brands like Cred, Zepto.
