Event Description

The glazed architectural ceramics of the Indian subcontinent, mostly produced during the Sultanate and Mughal periods are remarkable for their variety of design and technique. Sadly, what is left today are fragmentary remains as a result of the ravages of time, climate, vandalism and neglect. Join us for an illustrated talk, as Arthur Millner showcases incredible examples of various regional ceramics and highlights the key themes of his recent book, Indian Tiles.
