Art, Body & Soul - Community Art Gatherings! ABS is a community space curated for all individuals above the age of 12, to come share your story with us, by diving into different forms of arts. The workshop involves storytelling with movement, visual arts and journaling. All this in the presence of a community that intends to create a holistic space for all of us to feel safe and strong in our own skin 💜 The intention of these workshops is to become one with the arts and enjoy being in its presence while we move through an empowering journey with connecting ourselves. . This is a monthly community gathering where we will open the space to explore and express different aspects of ourselves and our life. This month we explore the theme of 'Relationship with Self '. .
