Articulating Freedom Celebrating the 78th Independence Day
 
"Articulating Freedom, An Evening of Poetry and Performance”, is an event marking 78 years of freedom in India. This multilingual poetry performance by Kaavya Sanje will showcase poems around Indian Nationalism and the concept of freedom dating from the 1920s by poets from selected Indian languages.

The event is designed by poet Mamata Sagar, to remember and celebrate the efforts of Indian poets who contributed to the freedom movement and poetry as an efficient tool to voice dissent. Participating poets will be presenting one of their poems.
