SG Vasudev and N. Ponnappa bring out their paint brushes to fill the Ranga Shankara Theatre Festival with colour and humour, once again!

Two very senior veteran artists who hail from Karnataka, who have a connect with Ranga Shankara and its reason for existing, contribute their might with their high-quality art, from two different genres to the Ranga Shankara Theatre Festival.
Their hearts beat in unison at the theatre once again!

SG Vasudev has journeyed with Ranga Shankara from before its birth. From creating The Ranga Shankara logo to the iconic art installation commemorating every donor who made the Theatre a reality, has essayed Ranga Shankara’s history beautifully.

Contributing his surreal style of art, based on the theme of the festival ‘Staying Alive’ will enamor and disarm you.

Ranga Shankara has the pleasure of featuring architect and senior cartoonist Ponnappa’s work. He has crafted a series of comics and sketches inspired by COVID times and its problems, conundrums, and small joys. Ponnappa has kept the nation enthralled by his acerbic humour and cartoons.  The relatability of his satirical view on things and people around the world is something that makes one introspect and chuckle. His word play and his hard hitting comics are something that Ranga Shankara is very proud to have on their walls.

So come one, come all to this years’ Ranga Shankara Theatre Festival, which is happening from the 27th to the 31st of October.
