Event Description

Every country in the world has a variation of street food. There is an Asian Street Food Themed Sunday Brunch at Asia Alive at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore.

This Sunday brunch includes a buffet, a host of exciting entertainment and live music adding to the festive atmosphere. Now you can enjoy your favourite music with the company of some great street food and Asian-inspired cocktails till 30th April, 2023.

From Live Shushi stations; Dim sums to noodles; satays to fritters, the brunch aims to replicate the streets of South East Asia. Start off with some refreshing Asian flavour inspired drinks like Ca Phe Sua Da, Cilantro and lemongrass iced tea, Kaffir lime Orange Lemonade and some flavoured Indian Lassi.

Food includes Singaporean chilli crab, Thai Chicken Satay served with peanut sauce, Bao with different fillings, and Vietnamese Summer Rolls. 

Chef choices on the brunch menu include: 

Takoyaki: Japan’s famous Takoyaki (octopus balls), from Osaka.

Madurai Kari Dosa: Rice pancake cooked with egg and minced lamb masala.

Peking duck with mandarin pancakes.

Yaki Tori: Japanese type of skewered chicken.

Sri Lankan Hopper with a choice of egg and vegetables.

Nasi Goreng: Malaysia and Indonesia meat fried rice served with fried egg, chicken satay and prawn.
