Event Description

Curiouscity Science Centre is conducting an *Astronomy Night on 13th Jan Saturday*.. facilitated by astronomy enthusiast Vaibhav Thakur. The session will include : *1. Indoor Session* (~1 hr) Activity with Kids: Movement of Earth around the Sun, Axial Tilt, Seasons, Constellations and Zodiacs Stellarium (software): Movement of Sun through the Zodiacs, Location of pole star *2. Outdoor Session* (~1 hr) Telescopes: Jupiter, Saturn Naked Eye: Finding Polaris, Cassiopeia, Constellations, Sirius, Winter Triangle, Myths Open to all. Entry fee Rs 250 / person. Free for all government and NGO school students and teachers.
