Event Description

Stories have a powerful way of bringing perspective to our lives as they contain symbolic elements that speak to our unconscious mind and help us go within ourselves to understand and make meaning.

I share traditional stories in small intimate circles and then we share insights gained through and with the story in a process called as personal meaning making. Based on methodology that has been developed and used by storyteller Laura Simms to build resilience in people.

Sowmya Srinivasan is a psychologist and storyteller who believes Stories Matter and has been working with story based healing methods for the past two years.
