Karadi Tales, in association with Atta Galatta, is hosting a book launch party on 17 March (6-7:30 PM) at Atta Galatta Bookstore, Bangalore! Meet humour columnist and Karadi’s newest author Indu Balachandran and celebrated illustrator and comic book artist Priya Kuriyan for an evening of wild stories, unbridled mirth, and lip-smacking food. Karadi Tales’ latest book My Grandmother Can’t Cook is a light and whimsical take on the grandmother stereotype. Balachandran’s grandmother, perfectly brought to life by Kuriyan, is boisterous, fashionable, and definitely not a great cook! This party is for all the paatis, ammammas, nanis, thakumas, nayns, ajjis who enjoy cooking up stories, for all the children who love their grandmothers, and for anybody seeking a great time.
