At a time when we are spoilt for choice on what to watch, the best movies don't make it to streaming. And nothing beats the communal experience of watching a movie together. Join us for the first (literally) Underground film club in the city. This month, we’re screening “I Like Movies” (2022). Socially awkward 17-year-old cinephile Lawrence Kweller takes a part-time job at Sequels video store, where he forms a complicated friendship with his older store manager, Alana. Lawrence hopes to earn enough money to achieve his dream of attending film school at NYU.
