Event Description

The Bengaluru Drum Fest is a unique festival dedicated to showcasing Drums - a first-time event in Karnataka. The BDF was held in 2019 and 2020. The Bengaluru Drum Fest 2019 featured some of the greatest drummers of our country - Mr. Ranjit Barot, Mr. Gino Banks, Mr. Jairow Kavi, Mr. Jeoraj Stanly, and our very own Mr. Arun Kumar. The Bengaluru Drum Fest 2020 Featured wonderful Indian and international drummers Darshan Doshi, Mohammed Noor, Willy Demoz, and Greg Ellis. The Bengaluru Drum Fest 2023 Featured Musicians like Gino Banks, Aditya Bhagavatula, Pramath Kiran, and Steven Samuel Devassy. This year BDF is back with yet another lineup of wonderful Indian drummers - Ranjit Barot, Sambit Chatterjee, Lydian Nadhaswaram, and Shravan Samsi. The programme will feature solos by the spectacular line up culminating in a climacteric drum face-off between the virtuosos. Curator and Drummer Arun Kumar will also join. Babu School of Rhythms- the first Drums school in Karnataka to be affiliated with the Trinity College of music, London welcomes you to this grand Third edition of the exclusive Drums- Extravaganza!
