BIC Hub’ba is back for its fourth edition with two days of fun filled programming! Music, Dance, Bangalore stories, Policy discussions, Children’s corner, Carnival stalls, et al, there is something for everyone.

Interesting stories brought to you by Heritage Beku and Curating for Culture.

We also premier 26 crowd-sourced films from B•LORE, the Open Call, and grant that document fresh crowd-sourced perspectives about our city.

Policy Adda @ Library We join hands with our collaborators The Takshashila Institution, Vidhi Legal, NCBS, and Synergia Foundation to bring you a set of informed conversations around policy covering Deglobalisation, Biology, Public Policy, Foreign Affairs, Science and Philosophy.

Children’s Corner @ Board Room Keep your little ones engaged while you take in an intellectual dialogue, a captivating performance or just catch your breath! Workshops and activities for ages 5 to 12. 

B·HEARD @ Amphitheatre Do you have valuable and enriching ideas and food for thought that can blow people’s minds? Do you want to B•Heard by a crowd that is more than your family and long-suffering friends? Share your obscure expertise and riff with like-minded thinkers by signing up to speak at the BIC Hub’ba 2023. Don’t want to speak? Then just come and listen to our Hyde Park soapbox of sorts at the amphitheater! 

BICEO @ Director’s Office What would you do if you held the reins of BIC? Do you have fresh, novel ideas for this one-of-a-kind institution? Come sit in the Director’s Chair (yes, it’s actually his chair) and tell us how you would run BIC! With note-takers at hand, every word you say will be recorded, because we take you seriously. 

Carnival @ Foyers Don’t want to watch or listen to someone else? Come take part in the various activities and exhibitions scattered around the building! Get your hands dirty with clay art, and create an origami bird or even hula hoop! Food & Beverages @ BIC You won’t go hungry or thirsty over the two days.
