Rules & Guidelines: The Management or the Organisers are not responsible for your personal belongings. No Cover Charges Applicable. Entry gates close at 11PM. Please take prior permission from the artists and cosplayers before clicking pictures with/of them. Anyone harassing/discriminating against any other artist/participant/organiser for any reason will be asked to leave the event venue. Please carry a valid identity card with you. The Organisers/Venue management/Performers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring during the event. Consumption of any illegal substances is banned inside the venue. No refunds on purchased tickets are possible, even in case of rescheduling. Event organisers, The Artist's Collaborative or the venue management are not responsible for event cancellation or rescheduling due any natural calamity including but not limited to rains, earthquakes, storms or flooding. No ticket transfers are allowed. No Dangerous/Prohibited/hazardous items including but not limited to guns, weapons, sharp objects, glass bottles, fireworks, chemicals, or lasers will be allowed inside the venue. People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry. The security team at the entry gate will be present, please follow the security procedures including being frisked for illegal and prohibited items. Entry for the event is based on the sole discretion of the organisers. Organisers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. No Entry for any below the age of 18. Attendees below the age of 21 should be accompanied with a guardian of age 21 or above. Alcohol can only be purchased/Consumed by attendees aged 21+. Venue Rules apply.
