In July 2024, Bangalore International Centre launched the third season of B·LORE, an open call initiative inviting filmmakers to document fresh perspectives of our city. The call welcomed diverse narratives – from cultural heritage to civic engagement, from environmental conservation to personal stories – all aimed at creating a collective audio-visual memory of Bengaluru.
From numerous submissions received from across the city, eight compelling films were selected by a three-member jury. These films, each under 5 minutes, capture unique facets of urban life in Bengaluru, telling stories of community action, environmental conservation, cultural preservation, and personal connections to the city.
The selected films will be screened in two segments.
