After seeing Siddharth Randeria perform last at Prarambh 6 years ago, get geared up once again to witness a new laugh riot. The premise of this play is that an unknown girl comes knocking at Gujjubhai’s home and immediately kisses him. This is witnessed by his wife and there starts the fun rollercoaster of the who, why, what, when and the unfolding of the story. We at Prarambh have been favoured to have hosted 7 plays of Siddharth Bhai since our inception in 2005. Our long-standing association of over 18 years started with the superhit horror comedy “Bas Kar Bakula” and then continued with the Gujjubhai series. All the Gujjubhai plays have been blockbusters all across the world. “Lage Raho Gujju Bhai” completed 800 shows across the globe, “Lo Gujjubhai Ghode Chadiya”, “Gujjubhai ni Golmaal”, and “Gujjubhai Banya Dabbang” are some of the other plays in the series which graced the stage here and were extremely loved. Siddharthbhai debuted on Gujarati silver screen in 2015 with his successful film, Gujjubhai The Great followed by Gujjubhai – Most Wanted. Both the movies were runaway hits and audiences everywhere loved them. Natsamrat's performance was memorable, and he won the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke Award. His movie 'Chal Jeevi Laiye' became the highest-grossing Gujarati film of all time breaking all previous records. His last league of hit films was Kehvatlal Parivar, Bushirt T-shirt, Bachubhai, Hu ane Tu & Hurry Om Hurry. He has also had memorable roles in Hindi films like Khalyanak, Kya Kehna and Satya Prem ki Katha. Let’s together celebrate this festival of laughter by treating ourselves to a great time.
